About Us
Our Story

Farine & Co is a neighbourhood bakery rooted in patience and craft. Every loaf starts with a 72-hour sourdough ferment. Every croissant is laminated by hand at dawn. We source our flour from artisan millers, our eggs from local farms, and our butter from Brittany. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just honest bread and pastry made the way it was always meant to be.
